Mr.Arvind Mishra, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been made escape goat in the matter of cyber crime, wherein bank account of the accused-applicant has been used by unscrupulous person, wherein Rs. 90 lacs has been deposited and disbursed. The account is seized by the bank having only Rs. 33 lacs. The FIR has been registered against the anonymous person. During investigation, the name of accused is reflected as his account is being used by the miscreants. The FIR has been lodged on 22 nd September, 2024 by the informant on being duped of Rs. 1,73
