The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Arif for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 3(5), 352 B.N.S., under Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, under Section 3/5/8 Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, and under Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act in Case Crime No. 299 of 2024, Police Station-Fatehganj, District-Bareilly. 2.Mr. Ram Bahadur Singh, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police in a police encounter, wherein countrymade pistol has been recovered at the instance of accused-applicant, when he is shown transporting a cattle for slaughter. It is a no injury case. The arrest and recovery is made in absence of independent witness. Eighteen cases including the present one is shown as criminal history, wherein in all the cases accused-applicant is on bail,
