Sri Anil Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel appears for the applicant and filed second supplementary affidavit in Court today, which is taken on record. 2. Sri Anil Kumar Tripathi and Sri Mohd. Faiz, Advocate appear and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No.55 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Gangster Act, Police Station Khalapar, District Muzaffar Nagar. 3. Learned counsel contends that there is criminal history of 41 cases shown against the accused-applicant but the accused is not convicted in any of the case. It is further submitted that six cases shown as criminal history in the gang chart is also included in the list of criminal cases. The entire criminal antecedent has been explained in the supplementary affidavit. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 4.
