Mr.Abhay Kumar, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The amount of Rs. 15 lac has been credited and debited from the account of accused, which has been misused by co-accused Shubham Vashishtha, who has already been enlarged on bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court in the present case.
