The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Asjad for the offence punishable under Sections 8/22 of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 in Case Crime No.278 of 2024, Police Station- Chilkana, District- Saharanpur. 2. Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh Bais, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case, wherein confiscated narcotic drug is Spasmo Promax Plus Capsules, 2136 in number has been shown from the possession of the accused-applicant. He submits that the capsules have been weighted along with its wrapper and, due to which, weight is more than commercial quantity. The co- accused Dilshad Alias Kallu has already been granted bail by this Court. There is no criminal history to the credit of the accused- applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 27.12.2024. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarge
