The present accused-applicant has been implicated in the case under vicarious liability though he has no role either of partner, employee or assignee of the Firm. The Firm deals with N.D.P.S. medicines. The medicines which has been purchased and sold out is mentioned in the stock register. The Firm is running since 2016 with periodical renewal of license.
