Sri Jai Karan Nath, learned counsel for the applicant has filed supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record. 2. The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Anuj Chaudhary for the offence punishable under Sections 2/3 of Gangster Act, in Case Crime No. 173 of 2024, Police Station- Bilari, District-Moradabad. 2. Mr. Jai Karan Nath learned advocate, appears and submits that there are nine cases shown in the gang chart to the credit of the accused applicant in which he is on bail. It is further submitted that there is criminal history of ten cases to the credit of the accused-applicant including the gang chart in which he is on bail and in one case shown as criminal history is not related to the accused-applicant.
