The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Dilshad alias Kallu for the offence punishable under Sections 8/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, in Case Crime No. 278 of 2024, Police Station- Chilkana, District-Saharanpur. 2.Mr.A.K.S.Bais, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused -applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case on the basis of statement of co-accused recorded in police custody. The confiscated narcotic drug is Spasmo Promax Plus Capsules, 2136 in number apprehended from the possession of co-accused, who has named the present accused-applicant due to village party politics. The accused is languishing in jail since last more than six months. The criminal history of eleven cases have been explained, out of which the accused is on bail in nine cases and two cases of N.D.P.S. Act have been invoked by the police against the accused
