Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 637 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 452, 307, 504, 302 IPC, Police Station Kairana, District Shamli, during the pendency of trial. 4. This is the second bail application. The first bail application was rejected by co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.09.2022 but subsequent to it under the changed circumstances, two co-accused persons have been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Cour
