Sri Rakesh Dubey, Advocate appears on behalf of the applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated int he case by the police, wherein gangsters act has been invoked against the accused showing only one case of murder and abduction in the gang chart, wherein the accused applicant is enlarged on bail. It is further submitted that the accused-applicant was a tutor of deceased and her implication in the case was merely on the basis of suspicion.
