His first bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.04.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after the rejection of first bail application of the applicant, the trial has proceeded and during course of trial two prosecution witnesses i.e., P.W.2- Mehtab Singh and P.W.3- Rambabu, were examined, who in their examination-in-chief have not supported the prosecution case and have been declared hostile, which statements have been filed collectively as Annexure No. 4 and 5 of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application, thus, it is argued that there is bleak chance that prosecution may prove its case beyond reasonable doubt and the applicant may be convicted.
