First bail application of the application was rejected by coordinate bench of this court on 18.01.2023. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that out of 31 prosecution witnesses 9 have been examined till date. Applicant is in jail since 15.02.2021. He has no previous criminal history. Co-accused, Smt. Khushboo, has been granted bail vide order dated 19.12.2024 in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No.25025 of 2024. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused; submissions of the learned counsel for the parties noted above; finding force in the s
