Heard Sri Som Veer, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Sri Som Veer submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No.510 of 2023, under Sections 21/22 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Jaint, District Mathura. Further contends that 150 gm of Alprazolam has been allegedly recovered from the accused-applicant, in absence of independent witness. Hence, his false implication in the crime cannot be ruled out. It is next contended that in the present case the prosecution has failed to follow strictly the provisions of Section 50 of the N.D.P.S. Act. It is also argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent, she has been arrested infront of her house shown selling contraband, who is in jail since 13.12.2023, having no criminal history to her credit, deserve to be released on bail on the ground of long incarceration.
