The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Shadab Alias Chandu for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20/22/60 of N.D.P.S. Act in Case Crime No. 96 of 2024, Police Station- Rail Bazar, District-Kanpur Nagar. 2. Sri Shubham Prasad Gupta, learned advocate, holding the brief appeared for the applicant and submitted that the accused has been falsely implicated in the case wherein contraband 'charas' measuring 10 kg 240 gms has been confiscated from the joint possession of accused applicant and co-accused from the bag which they were carrying at the time of arrest. The criminal history of six cases has been explained and in all the six cases, the accused is on bail. It is further submitted that the mandatory compliance of Section 50 of the N.D.P.S.
