The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Aslam for the offence punishable under Sections 2(b)(i), 2, 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 in Case Crime No.206 of 2024, Police Station - Siddharthnagar, District – Siddharthnagar. 2. Sri Shadab Ansari, learned advocate, appear for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police. All the cases are of same nature. There are six base cases shown in the gang chart, in which the accused applicant is on bail. Apart from that twenty one cases of criminal history are also shown against him, in all the cases, he is on bail. The accused applicant is in jail since November, 2024. 3.
