The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.140 of 2020, under Section 302/34 IPC, Police Station Jalalabad, District Shahjahanpur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed the murder of the father of the informant by shooting him in his chest on 10.3.2020 at about 04:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about eight hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The case does not fall within the category of Section 302 I.P.C. as it is a case of sudden provocation during H
