Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that this is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and his first bail application was dismissed on merit by this Court on 09.08.2023 after considering the fact that applicant is wife of the deceased and her husband died due to strangulation and in spite of that she gave information to the police that he committed suicide. 4.
