The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Babu Pahalwan Shekjada for the offence punishable under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case Crime No. 292 of 2024, Police Station- Jahangirabad, District-Bulandshahr. 2. Shri K.K. Yadav, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused applicant is on bail in all the eight cases shown in the gang chart whereas he is on bail in all the seven cases, which is shown in the supplementary affidavit. 3. Per contra, learned A.G.A. opposed the bail application but could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 4. This court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 5. The record reveals that eight cases have been mentioned in the gang chart and it is also mentioned therein that accused is on bail
