Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1.Sri Suresh Bahadur, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No.112 of 2024, under Sections 318(2), 318(4), 338, 336(2), 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 317(2) of B.N.S. and 66-D & 74 of I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District Varanasi. 2. Learned counsel contends that the accused-applicant has been implicated in the matter of cyber crime, when the informant has been duped by Finance 24 Service Company for providing loan for which an amount of Rs. 5,60,000/- has been paid through R.T.G.S. The role of accused-applicant came into light during investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Deepak Bahora and Manoj Kumar Gupta, who have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 01.05.2025 & 26.06.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
