This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this court on 19.12.2023 by this court. Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant submits that P.W.-1 has been examined before the trial court wherein he has not stated that he last saw the deceased going with the applicant and therefore there is no evidence against him. Co-accused, Pradeep Kumar Singh Yadav, was granted bail by this court vide Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 17013 of 2025. The applicant is in jail since 17.06.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A
