The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Firoz for the offence punishable under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters Act in Case Crime No.01 of 2025, Police Station- Jansath, District- Muzaffarnagar. 3. Learned counsel contends that there are two base cases in the gang chart and in both cases, applicant is on bail. Apart from the cases shown in the gang chart, applicant has criminal history of 38 other cases to his credit, in which cases the applicant has already been granted bail.
