Sri Shadab Alam, learned counsel for the applicant filed third supplementary affidavit today is taken on record. 2. The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Ramesh Kumar for the offence punishable under Sections 3/5-A/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act in Case Crime No.549 of 2024, Police Station Rasara, District Ballia. 3. Sri Shadab Alam, learned advocate appeared on behalf of applicant and submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police as the truck owned by him has been confiscated carrying nineteen cattle. All the cattle were live. The recovery has been made in absence of independent witness. The charge sheet has already been submitted. Criminal history of six cases have been explained in which the accused- applicant is on bail. The accused is languishing in jail since January, 2025.
