By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No.695 of 2021 at Police Station- Kalyanpur, District- Kanpur Nagar, under Sections 302 and 307 IPC. The prosecution story in brief is that the accused-applicant lived in a rented accommodation owned by the informant alongwith his wife and children. On 27.08.2024 at 7:00 AM, he came to know that dispute arose between the family members of the applicant. When he reached the spot, he saw that the applicant's brother-in- law had sustained severe injuries, who had died and his wife was in injured condition, he took her to Hallet Hospital for treatment.
