Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1.Sri Bharat Singh, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No. 153 of 2024, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Baniyather, District Sambhal. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated by the police in the Gangster Act case on the basis of criminal history of 35 cases mentioned in the gang-chart, while dossier of the State shows 42 cases. In all the cases, the accused/applicant has been granted bail and in none of the cases he has been convicted. Learned counsel for the applicant has elaborated that eight cases registered against the accused are of cow slaughter, eight cases are of Gangsters Act, nine cases are of Arms Act and other cases are of police encounter. All the cases registered against the applicant were
