Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that only two cases are detailed in the gang-chart with a criminal history of six cases shown against the accused-applicant. In all the cases, the accused/applicant has been granted bail. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that as per the DCRB report, the applicant has criminal history of ten cases, out of which only eight cases are explained and two cases have not been explained. 4.
