Learned counsel for the applicant submits that before the trial court prosecution evidence almost on the verge of conclusion. Defence evidence will take some time to conclude. He is in jail since 24.04.2023 and has criminal history of two cases of minor nature. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
