This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Chandrabhan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 164 of 2024, under Sections 333, 103 BNS, Police Station- Pipari, District- Kaushambi. 3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, on 23.08.2024 at about 5:00 p.m. in the evening when the husband of the informant was alone in his house, due to old enmity co-accused Akash and the applicant entered in to the house and co-accused Akash beaten her husband by lathi and iron rod and the applicant is standing there. 4.
