Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that the accused has been falsely roped in the aforesaid case through an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. moved by the informant alleging therein that the informant has been duped of Rs.6 lacs in a scheme floated by MDS Mutual Benefit India Ltd. It is further submitted that charge-sheet has already been submitted against the accused-applicant and two others, out of whom one co-accused has already been granted bail.
