The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Riyazuddin @ Raju Khan for the offence punishable under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case Crime No. 761 of 2023, Police Station- North, District-Firozabad. 2. Shri Rishabh Agarwal, learned advocate, appears and submits that there are three base cases shown in the gang chart to the credit of the accused applicant in which he is on bail. It is further submitted that in addition to above, the accused-applicant has criminal history of twenty one cases, which has been explained in supplementary affidavit. It is further submitted that in all the cases the accused-applicant is either on bail, acquitted and not charge sheeted. 3.
