Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This is the second bail application moved on behalf of accused/ applicant. His first bail application was rejected by this Court on merits vide order dated 17.01.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 46352 of 2023. 3. By means of the instant bail application, the applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 1917 of 2022, under Sections 302, 34 I.P.C., Police Station Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad, during trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that prosecution witnesses, P.W.1 and P.W.2 have already been examined at the trial and in their evidence there appear material contradictions. He further submits that several other witnesses are remained to be examined and it appears that there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future and the applicant is in jail since 10.12.2022 w
