The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Ankur for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 and Sections 420, 467, 471, 482 IPC in Case Crime No.121 of 2022, Police Station- Massorie, District- Ghaziabad. 2. Sri Vinay Kumar Singh, learned advocate holding brief of Sri Ramesh Kumar Pandey, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has taken lift in the car when police has intercepted. The recovery of 104.9 kg. of charas recovered from the said car is a joint recovery. The accused is not the owner of the car. He is languishing in jail since 20.02.2022. There is no FSL report. The charge sheet has been filed but no witnesses have been produced by the prosecution. 3.
