The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Neetu Alias Dharamveer, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 182 of 2020, under Sections 323, 302, 307, 427, 452, 504, 506, 325 IPC, Police Station Basrehar, District- Etawah, during pendency of trial. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 13.10.2022 directing the trial court to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible, preferably within period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
