The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the applicant- accused-Sudhir alias Dhruv Paswan involved in Case Crime No.345 of 2021, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 Police Station-Kotwali, District-Mau. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that in gang-chart three base cases have been shown against the accused-applicant in which he is on bail. Criminal history of 18 other cases has been explained in supplementary affidavit. In all the cases the applicant is enlarged on bail. The applicant is in jail since 04.07.2023.
