Sri Sunil Kumar Gaur, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant Bheem Sen @ Bheema has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No.260 of 2023, under Section 2/3 Gangster Act, Police Station G.R.P. Cantt, Agra, District Agra. 3. Learned counsel contends that there are five cases in the gang chart and in all the cases, applicant has confessed the cases during the trial. Apart from the cases shown in the gang chart, applicant has criminal history of 13 other cases to his credit, in which, the applicant has already been granted bail. The applicant is in jail since 26.06.2023. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 4. The prayer for bail has been vehemently opposed by learned A.G.A.
