The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the accused-applicant-Junaid involved in Case Crime No.244 of 2024 under Sections 319 B.N.S. and 3/5(1) Unlawful Religious Conversion Act, Police Station Thana Bhawan, District Shamli. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that accused- applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case, lodged by sister of the prosecutrix. In the F.I.R. it is mentioned that the informant's sister was married; the accused has lured her by false identity of Vinod, took her to Shamli and tried to change her religion. The prosecutrix is mother of two children and she went along with accused on her own freewill. The charge-sheet is submitted. There is no criminal history of the accused.
