Sri Ram Bahadur Singh, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No.02 of 2024, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station New Agra, District Agra. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that two cases have been shown against the accused-applicant in the gang chart, in which he is on bail. Apart from the cases shown in the gang chart, applicant has criminal history of eight other cases to his credit, in which he is on bail. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail, but conceded that in all the cases shown in the gang chart, the accused/applicant has already been granted bail. 4.
