Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the applicant, explaining criminal history of the applicant, is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Deepak Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the accused-applicant-Inteqab alias Inteqar involved in Case Crime No.238 of 2024, under Sections 109, 3(5) B.N.S.2023 and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Haldaur, District Bijnor. 4. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The matter is police encounter. None of the police party has been hurt. On the contrary, the accused-applicant has suffered gunshot. Criminal history of the applicant is explained in supplementary affidavit, wherein he is on bail. The applicant is in jail since 15.08.2024. As such, he pray
