Shri Manish Kumar Pandey, learned advocate submits that the accused-applicant has been incorrectly implicated in the present case as she was working in NPCI Company, Delhi and being an employee of the company, she has been assigned the work of sending SMS and calling the persons for getting investment. In the garb of work, she has made calls to the informant and in return the informant has invested nearly Rs. 50 lacs, which has been credited to various accounts.
