The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Bhura @ Galkata Alvi for the offence punishable under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 in Case Crime No.292 of 2024, Police Station - Jahangirabad, District – Bulandshahr. 2. Sri Mohd. Zakir, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ainul Haq, learned advocate, appear for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police. All the cases are of same nature. There are eight base cases shown in the gang chart, in which the accused applicant is on bail. Apart from that eight base cases, criminal history of eight cases also shown against him, in all that cases, he is on bail. The accused applicant is in jail since August, 2024. 3.
