The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Virendra Singh @ Chhotoo for the offence punishable under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 in Case Crime No. 332 of 2007, Police Station- Tajganj, District-Agra. 3. Sri Pankaj Kumar Shukla, learned advocate appeared for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant was already granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court on 13th August, 2008. On submission of charge sheet, he was summoned but the summons have not been issued and served on him. He further submits that there are four cases shown in the gang chart, as base cases, out of which in two cases, the accused is acquitted and in other two cases, the accused is on bail.
