The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Hakam Alias Bawala for the offence punishable under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 in Case Crime No.292 of 2024, Police Station - Jahangirabad, District-Bulandshahr. 2. Sri Amir Khan, learned advocate, appears for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police. All the cases are of same nature. The arrest of the accused applicant in absence of independent witnesses. There are eight base cases shown in the gang chart in which, the accused is on bail. The criminal history of nine cases is also shown against the accused. In all cases, the accused applicant is on bail. The accused applicant is in jail since July, 2024. 3.
