Act, Police Station Karhal, District Mainpuri. 4. Learned senior counsel for the accused-applicant contends that the applicant is the driver of vehicle Tata Canter. The accused has been falsely implicated in the case, wherein 120kgs of Ganja has been allegedly recovered from the accused-applicant, in absence of independent witness.
