Heard Sri Prem Chandra Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the applicant-accused- Yogesh in Case No.498 of 2024, under Sections 8/20/25/29/60 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Karhal, District Mainpuri. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that the applicant is the cleaner of vehicle Tata Canter. The accused has been falsely implicated in the case, wherein 120kgs of Ganja has been allegedly recovered from the accused-applicant, in absence of independent witness. Hence, his false implication in the crime cannot be ruled out. It is next contended that in the present case the prosecution has failed to follow strictly the provisions of Section 50 of the N.D.P.S.
