Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 274 of 2018, under Sections 302, 120B, 34 I.P.C., Police Station Jarcha, District Gautam Budh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. This is this second bail application. The first bail application was rejected by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.10.2021. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. 6.
