The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Rahul @ Laddan for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 394, 411 IPC & 3/25 Arms Act, in Case Crime No.371 of 2023, Police Station- Bhavanpur, District Meerut. 2. Sri Rajiv Upadhyay and Sri Gauri Shanker Mishra, learned advocate appeared for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case, wherein the accused has been shown in the FIR that he has entered along- with three other accused in the house of informant with the object of committing robbery in the house. Other three accused ran away but accused applicant has been apprehended by the informant though the applicant is handicapped. The occurrence is committed in the intervening night 26/27 December, 2023 and the FIR has been registered in the morning on 27 December, 2023. Since then the accused is in jail. Char
