The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 402 of 2024, under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station Mawana, District Meerut during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, the instant bail application has been assigned to this Bench. He further submits, it is a case of circumstantial evidence and only evidence against the applicant is the evidence of last seen. 4.
