Act, 1985 in Case Crime No.998 of 2024, Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Moradabad. 3. Sri Yahid Jamal, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Pushpendra Singh appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police while patrolling in the evening. The accused when apprehended has been recovered 1.118 kg. of charas from the possession of the accused in absence of any independent witness. The mandatory provision of Section 50 N.D.P.S.
