The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the applicant-accused-Irfan involved in Case Crime No.489 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District- Bulandshahar. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that there are three cases shown in the gang-chart, wherein the applicant is on bail. Besides three cases, there is criminal history of one case against the applicant under Arms Act, wherein the accused- applicant is on bail. The criminal history has been duly explained in the bail application. The applicant is in jail since 16.06.2025 As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail, but could not dispute aforesaid
