The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the applicant-accused-Charan Singh for the offence punishable under Sections 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act in Case Crime No. 55 of 2013, Police Station-Aurangabad, District-Bulandshahar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that adulterated oil tanker has been confiscated by the police, wherein driver of the tanker and other persons have been implicated. There was no information to the accused about filing of charge-sheet. It is for the first that the accused-applicant came to know about the pendency of case, when non-bailable warrant issued to him, thereafter he surrendered before the court. The matter attracts maximum punishment of three years. The accused is languishing in jail since 02.07.2025. As such, he prays t
