Mr. Tripurari Sharan Shukla, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the accused-applicant has been employed by the co-accused in the shop of Parvesh Yadav. The role assigned to the present accused-applicant is of filling up the form of the persons, who have come for the preparation of Aadhar Card. No specific role has been assigned to the accused-applicant. There is no criminal history to the credit
